TERRIBLE OMISSION OF HISTORY--MR. BILLY LEE, THE MOST IMPORTANT FOREFATHER

COMMANDER AND  CHIEF GEORGE WASHINGTON AND HISTORIANS SHOULD HAVE TOLD HOW IT REALLY WAS--MR. BILLY LEE WAS A WARRANT OFFICER, NOT
A SLAVE AND WAS PERHAPS THE MOST IMPORTANT USA FOREFATHER

Do you know what a Warrant Officer is?  The British had them since the 1600s.  They out-rank
any enlisted man.  AND they go by the title of "Mr." for the rest of their lives.

Joseph J. Ellis received the Pulitzer Prize for telling history the way it really was.
This man was a black American Hero, wore a uniform in the Revolution and fought
beside Commander Washington for eight years or the whole length of the Revolution.

Washington made it clear, you referred to this man as MR. and he wrote in one of his
many journals that Mr. Billy Lee received an Honorable Discharge and was a Warrant
Officer.  HE WAS NOT A SLAVE.  HE WAS THE SON OF COLONEL JOHN LEE.

Mayor Molly McMole wonders why Washington didn't make a big deal out of this.
The historians of the day didn't.  The historians of today don't.  I love President Washington
and this Officer could have been the most important  forefather ever.  He carried a carbine
with his uniform and was the most talented horseman of his day, and saved Washington's
life more than once.  Washington loved this man and historians should have studied this
and Washington should have shouted it.  Do you wonder WHY WAS MR. LEE IN SO
MANY PORTRAITS WITH WASHINGTON?  Lorraine Strieby was a portrait painter
and she charged money for her work.  Washington had to pay the artist.  History has failed
to bring this man to light.  A black man, Mr. Billy Lee, was as important or more important
than any of the forefathers.  Reference:  The Ballad of Mr. Billy Lee and the journal
of President George Washington.

Thanks for reading this and you can read more about how important this man was
by reading her book, WHY IS A SPY CALLED A MOLE on Amazon and Kindle
Such an important story today, and I bet very few students, teachers, professors,
and JOURNALISTS  today knows this story!
